Patricia Moy is the Christy Cressey Professor of Communication and Adjunct Professor of Political Science at University of Washington. She earned her B.S. and M.S. from Cornell University and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Moy’s research focuses on communication and citizenship, addressing the political and social effects of mass and interpersonal communication.
